Super easy with almost no expectation for my abilities. I think there were maybe 3 real questions, the rest of the time the manager encouraged us to go grab a coffee at starbucks since my interview was a "break" for her.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
