I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret in Apr 2015
Interview
I was shopping one day and someone approached me asking if I wanted to apply for a position. I did, got a call, and came in for an interview maybe a week later. Interview process was easy, no pressure, and relaxed. I ended up not taking it because they wanted me as a cashier which would pay less than my job at the time.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
