I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Frisco, TX) in Nov 2015
Interview
Pretty easy, lots of problem and solve interview questions. I got hired afterwards, and it was pretty easy after that. about a week of training or what they call "onboarding", and they started me on the register. I screwed up a lot, but thats expected. The manager "zoe" was very sweet to me, always, no matter how much i messed up.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me how you would connect different parts of our store (I.E beauty to bras) and add them on in a sale.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
