I was recruited back after leaving the company. I had worked full time as merch flow supervisor for over five years with no development or chance for promotion. I left to manage another retail store and get the development I desired. When this role opened up, it was set to become a full time category manager role, so I accepted the supervisor on the terms it would take me into the next step within six months.
