Interview
They call your references on the application and then they give you a call to set up an interview. I had to call once a week for a month to get them to look at application they were so busy. the interview is a group interview, and then they give you a call back if hired a few days later if you don't hear back from them you didn't get hired.

Why would VS be a good company for you, if someone you knew was stealing how would you handle it.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
