I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Woodbridge, VA) in Jul 2016
Interview
I got 2 interviews and in one of them, the manager said it was an HONOR to be able to even work for them. So rude. Then at the end of the interview they said they would call me back by the next day and they didn't. I called them about 3 days after and they said they were still looking over the applications, and then about 2 weeks after the second interview I called and they rudely said 'We haven't looked into it yet.' and tried to hang up? Like isn't part of your job to hire people? Anyways so I asked if there was a time frame available and the lady said 'I can't answer that for you' and said bye and that was it. Within an hour I got an email saying they didn't hire me. No feedback, no explanation, and coincidentally right after I asked about it. Just do your self a favor, apply anywhere but Potomac Mills, VA Victoria's Secret.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
