I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret
Interview
Applied online, got a call for a phone interview. Was told I'd get a call back if they were interested in 5 to 7 days. The person doing the interview over the phone sounded disinterested and felt I bombed. Got a call back on Monday following the Friday phone interview 4 a group interview tuesday. Went gotten broken into a group of 4. Thought it was pretty cool. But feel that they want someone who really dominate the conversation rather than be honest and answer the questions. After it was done they choose two ppl from each group to stay and be asked more about their availability which of course meant they were xhoosen. I was not apart of those. I thought I did extremely well, but guess not. Don't be fooled they made it seem once we were excorted out like everything was all good. I know the real deal. I have a degree in business, so I don't see why I wouldn't be a gd fit for a store I frequent and know a lot about. I kno their job better than some that work there. But w.e their lost.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
