I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2016
Interview
I applied online and got a call that same day from the hiring manager. I went for a group interview the next day. There were five or six of us in the back room with two mangers, it was a very relaxed environment. They started off with "two truths and a lie" as an ice-breaker question which was fun! Then one manager asked us one question each while the other took notes. At the end they asked if we had any questions. I got a call two days later saying I got the job! I start tomorrow!

Was a group interview. Be prepared and dress nicely. Each person took turns answering interview questions around the table. I worked there for 5 years and quit around 2017. Things may have changed since then with their interview process.

The manager was very knowledgeable and friendly. I showed up 10 minutes early and she was already prepared to take me back. She gave me a timeline of the hiring process so I wasn't waiting around for an answer.

Collaborative group interview. It’s important to make yourself stand out as you’re not interviewing on your own. On boarding (if hired) is also done as a group. I was hired on the spot during a last minute one on one interview but have never seen anyone else get hired that way.
Ensure that you’re confident and ready to sell. Numbers are important ... almost too important.
Great social atmosphere but important to not get too lost in that world.
