Recruiter reached out through linked-in, set me up for a group interview/event with 5 general managers from different departments, 1 district manager, 1 visual manager and a few recruiters/supervisors. It was intense we went around basically competing with one another talking about our experiences. If you passed you was called in for the third round with 1 general manager, i made to the third round and expressed my interest in HR, although there was no opening for HR i have 5 yrs of retail management experience. They expressed the wanted someone passionate about sales. Since being honest didn't land me the position they never reached out or sent an email to at least inform me that i didnt get the job even after i reached out through email no respinse. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. So my advise to you would be to FALE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT. Thats who they hire dishonest ppl.
