I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Jacksonville, FL) in May 2012
Interview
The store manager interviewed about 5 potential candidates at one time. She would ask a question and allow all of us to answer. The order we answered varied from question to question, sometimes she would allow us to determine the order we went in and other times asking one of us to answer it first. It was nice to sometimes have a little more time to think about answers or get an idea from someone else to embellish on.

Question 1
I was asked why I wanted to work there since I had just finished my bachelor degree.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
