I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret in Aug 2016
Interview
Got to the store early. Walked in and told the girls at the counter that I was there for an interview. They told me to wait at the counter and that the manager would be out soon. To my surprise, another six girls showed up and were confused when we all realized that it was a group interview. The manager was late, and came out of the back room from behind the counter and took us to the crowded cafeteria to sit and have the interview. The manager was not dressed professionally, which caught us by surprise when she greeted us. The manager interviewed us all individually, but in front of the group. The manager was originally pretty friendly, but grew unfriendly towards the end of the interview and began embarrassing girls in front of one another with rude comments/questions. This job is not about how attractive you are, because she didn't seem to favor anybody over anybody else. The manager then ended the interview abruptly and told everybody it was nice to meet them and that they would hear back within two weeks. The interview lasted about an hour and a half.

Are you comfortable pushing VS cards?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
