I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret in Jul 2016
Interview
The interview process was pretty complicated. First I had an informal phone interview, followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager. Then I came in again to interview with the store manager. They were nice and made me feel at ease, but they left out some important detail about the job I would have liked to know (i.e., must work holidays, schedule inflexibility, etc.). I received a phone call the day after my final interview and was offered a position.

It was a group interview with about 25 people in the room. If you had an answer to any questions you had to raise your hand to answer while managers watched. Then they had individual interviews if you did well in the group interviews.
Interview was a three step process, first phone call, group interview, and then one on one. Pretty easy. Very nice team. The main focus is how good of a personality you have.

Online application and one in person interview at the store. Overall very friendly. Worked there for the seasonal position and got placed to be there permanently after the holidays. No retail experience required just want availability.
