I was walking in the mall when I met the recruiter outside of the VS store. They were hiring for the seasonal hire. I was asked to give information and a couple references to get the interview. I was brought on waiting with a whole bunch of interviewers. Group interview
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
