Interview was one of the best interviews I have been to. The store manager was very nice and fun and made the interview process so relaxed. I interviewed with about seven other ladies. I had applied for seasonal sales but ended up accepting sales specialist because I have worked for this company before.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
