ask 10 questions in a group interview with two other girls. Choose different people to answer the question first then went around so everyone had a chance to answer. The manager was really friendly and make you feel comfortable right away. After a couple days I got a call if I would like to ask the offer and I said yes.

Was a group interview. Be prepared and dress nicely. Each person took turns answering interview questions around the table. I worked there for 5 years and quit around 2017. Things may have changed since then with their interview process.

Collaborative group interview. It’s important to make yourself stand out as you’re not interviewing on your own. On boarding (if hired) is also done as a group. I was hired on the spot during a last minute one on one interview but have never seen anyone else get hired that way.
Ensure that you’re confident and ready to sell. Numbers are important ... almost too important.
Great social atmosphere but important to not get too lost in that world.
