Interview
I met with the store manager for a brief interview, quite casual. I received a call about 5 days later asking me to come in for second interview. At the second interview I had to meet the District Manager in Harrisburg, Pa. This interview was more intense, she was very direct and lasted about an hour. She asked me about my degree. She was very interested in how interested I was in growing with the company. She wanted longevity. A few days after the second interview, I was called back to meet with the Store manager and Assistant manager. I was offered two different positions of my choice. I did find it a bit distrustful because one position they offered was currently filled, but they were considering firing her. However, the associate was completely unaware her position was under question.
