I applied in-person. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret
Interview
It was a group interview with two other women. They asked us questions ranging from why we were interested in the position, to how we would handle hypothetical situations. Both myself and the two other women in the group interview were hired.

Question 1
If a customer is returning an unsatisfied/defective product, how would you handle the return?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
