I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (London, England) in Nov 2016
Interview
The first process involved a phone interview. Then I was invited to an assessment which consisted on answering real life based questions, group work and practising the actual job. I had to convince the customer to buy things they needed for a summer vacation. For the group work we had to design a tower using newspapers and magazines with no scissors or any special tools in 15 minutes.

Question 1
What would you do if the customer was not pleased because you didn't have the product they ordered?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
