I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (New York, NY) in Jul 2016
Interview
The interview process was very easy and a breeze. I did not have to wait any amount of time for someone to begin the interview. It was not only about me but the company as well. They were open to any and all questions that I had and were very eager to further the process. I was offered a job on the spot and took it with great pleasure

Question 1
Describe how you would begin an interaction with a customer
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
