First you apply online. They are pretty good about keeping up with their scanning of applications. I applied on a Wednesday night and heard from them that Friday evening. The interview was a group interview, and then you were either offered a position or you weren't. Very short interview process.

How would you handle complaints or upset customers?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
