I applied with a paper application, but online applications are now available. I was called and asked to participate in a group interview. It was mostly personality questions because they want you to stand out in the interview. Speak up and grab the interviewer's attention. I was contacted 3-4 weeks later after my references were contacted.

How would you greet a customer who was "just looking"?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
