Interview
A week after I applied, I had a phone interview with one of the hiring managers. She said she would schedule me for an in-person interview when I moved back (because I was still at college at the time) but never did. The interview was very casual and laid-back, much like a conversation. The woman I spoke to was very nice and upbeat, which helped a lot to keep the conversation flowing. Overall, It was a pretty easy interview, even though it was over the phone.
It was a group interview with about 25 people in the room. If you had an answer to any questions you had to raise your hand to answer while managers watched. Then they had individual interviews if you did well in the group interviews.
Interview was a three step process, first phone call, group interview, and then one on one. Pretty easy. Very nice team. The main focus is how good of a personality you have.

One of the questions was how I could measure a customer, find their correct size and build their basket.
Online application and one in person interview at the store. Overall very friendly. Worked there for the seasonal position and got placed to be there permanently after the holidays. No retail experience required just want availability.
