I applied online. Got called for my first interview which was with me and another girl. The actual interview took about 45 min afterward we were were told they would call us. I was called by the same interviewing manager and asked to come in for a second interview. The second one was super relaxed I basically was having a causal conversation with her and it was by far the best interview I've had. I was told I would be recommend to go forward to a third interview over the phone. I got that third call from another manager but this was simply to tell me I got the job if I wanted it and just ran me through what would happen next. This interview process was honestly very relaxed and everyone that I came across was super sweet. You can wear whatever you like to the interview from what it seems but I recommend wearing all black since that is the dress code for VS employees.
I had a group interview with two other girls. It took about 30 minutes for the interview portion. It was mostly in depth customer service and tell me about a time questions

Interview
The interview was done as a group and was pretty casual. The hiring manager asked a mix of situational and behavioural questions, about 3-4. For me personally as I was hired during a seasonal period, having an open availability seemed to be key
