Interview
I applied online and then got a call a week or two later to come in for an interview. The questions were pretty in depth about previous work experience,school,extra curricular activities. The interview was pretty lengthy. She literally wrote everything I said on a notepad. Then she told me that I might get a call in a week or two. They never called so I accepted another job offer about 3 weeks later. Right after I accepted the job offer VS hiring manager called me for a second interview. I went into an interview with a different hiring manager. The interview was pretty short and she asked pretty basic questions. The same day I received a call saying I got the job.
It was a group interview with about 25 people in the room. If you had an answer to any questions you had to raise your hand to answer while managers watched. Then they had individual interviews if you did well in the group interviews.
Interview was a three step process, first phone call, group interview, and then one on one. Pretty easy. Very nice team. The main focus is how good of a personality you have.

One of the questions was how I could measure a customer, find their correct size and build their basket.
Online application and one in person interview at the store. Overall very friendly. Worked there for the seasonal position and got placed to be there permanently after the holidays. No retail experience required just want availability.
