Interview
I applied online through their site and four days later I received an email from a talent specialist who said she was interested in me and would like to do a brief phone screening, I told her the times I was available to speak to her and we set up a time for the next day. When she called she asked me to introduce myself and asked about my previous work experience and specific experiences I had in that environment. At the end of the call she told me she was interested in me and would like me to come for an in person interview the following week, I gladly accepted and went in to the interview the following week. When the interview started it was me and another women I was applying for PINK while she was applying for Victoria Secret, we sat in a room at first and we filled out availability sheets keep in mind they’re very precise about availability. The recruiter then came in and took us to a small table in the break area and asked me the same questions that I was asked on the phone and she then sat me back in the room and in ten minutes she placed another girl with me and we were then taking downstairs to the sales floor. On the sales floor that asked us to put an outfit together and sale it to them after that process if they liked you they take you back upstairs and let you wait five more minutes and then they will let you know you’re hired from there. Overall their interviewing process was the best they never leave you waiting without knowing what’s coming next.
It was a group interview with about 25 people in the room. If you had an answer to any questions you had to raise your hand to answer while managers watched. Then they had individual interviews if you did well in the group interviews.
Interview was a three step process, first phone call, group interview, and then one on one. Pretty easy. Very nice team. The main focus is how good of a personality you have.

One of the questions was how I could measure a customer, find their correct size and build their basket.
Online application and one in person interview at the store. Overall very friendly. Worked there for the seasonal position and got placed to be there permanently after the holidays. No retail experience required just want availability.
