I applied online. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret
Interview
It was a group interview. It went smoothly, we sat in a circle and basically answered questions. That was the first round, then you go on to the personal interview if they like you.
I was asked to sell a pen to the interviewer. I believe the answer they’re looking for is for you to start asking questions about what the customer needs/is looking for in a pen, then explain how that pen can meet those requirements.

Quick and simple, group interview with many other applicants. I applied for seasonal work and was kept after. We each had our own moment with the hiring manager and it was a quick process
