Interview
Super easy! You apply online. I never got a call, so I kept calling. They kept telling me they didn't get to it it...which now working there, they really don't until they really need to hire someone. Then I had an one on one interview. Easy questions, very relaxed.
It was a group interview with about 25 people in the room. If you had an answer to any questions you had to raise your hand to answer while managers watched. Then they had individual interviews if you did well in the group interviews.
Interview was a three step process, first phone call, group interview, and then one on one. Pretty easy. Very nice team. The main focus is how good of a personality you have.

Question 1
One of the questions was how I could measure a customer, find their correct size and build their basket.
Online application and one in person interview at the store. Overall very friendly. Worked there for the seasonal position and got placed to be there permanently after the holidays. No retail experience required just want availability.
