You don't really hav to try hard, so relax.
Come to the interview dressed in black...ALL BLACK. It'll make you look as if you're already an employee.
You don't need to have a ton of makeup on but look presentable. Just make sure you look presentable. A casual date or church attire, you don't need a full suit. Black jeans, slacks, a casual black shirt NOT A TEE! Maybe a blazer or sweater and comfortable shoes. Avoid heels ladies, you're going to be on your feet all day, so don't even bother unless you're applying for an office job.
