Interview
I applied online and received a call from the store manager a week later to set up a time to go into the store to interview. I've heard that most applicants do a team interview first, but because of my schedule I was interviewed one on one with the store manager. The interview was casual and conducted on the sales floor. I was offered the position at the end of the interview and wrote down my availability for when I could start working.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you worked in a team environment.
It was a group interview with about 25 people in the room. If you had an answer to any questions you had to raise your hand to answer while managers watched. Then they had individual interviews if you did well in the group interviews.
Interview was a three step process, first phone call, group interview, and then one on one. Pretty easy. Very nice team. The main focus is how good of a personality you have.

One of the questions was how I could measure a customer, find their correct size and build their basket.
Online application and one in person interview at the store. Overall very friendly. Worked there for the seasonal position and got placed to be there permanently after the holidays. No retail experience required just want availability.
