I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Bakersfield, CA)
Interview
Handed written application in person. Next day was called for an interview. About 2 days later, I was interviewed by the hiring manager. It was a group interview. We were asked questions pertaining to the job. Those who spoke up more, wanted the job more. I was hired that day and filled out all the paperwork. Pretty easy process.

Question 1
They asked What would I do if I encountered a difficult customer?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
