Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.

Application
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Toronto, ON)
Interview
the interview was group based. It was quite intimidating having 6 managers sit at a panel asking 4 people questions. The questions were not necessarily tailored towards the job, only one of two questions were relevant to the job. The remainder of the questions were more about our personal lives and things we have done or achieved in our lives.

Question 1
How did you handle an employee breaking the code of conduct?
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
