I applied online and about a week later they called me to come in for an interview. They asked me some interview questions over the phone too, which took me by surprise a bit. On the day of the actual interview, i interviewed with the assistant manager who said I would get to meet the main manager if I did well in the first interview and got a second one.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
