I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret in Sep 2018
Interview
They rang me and asked a few interview questions. Then I went for an interview a few days later and seemed to do alright. I was told I'd be contacted a few days later, ended up having to get in touch with them as I hadn't hear anything. I apparently interviewed fine but was rejected because I couldn't work early mornings/night shift, something that wasn't mentioned as being an essential part of the job in the ad/during the interview. I thought as it was just a seasonal temp it would be during opening hours as they emphasise sales/customer service experience but I can't imagine how much customer service there would be in the middle of the night.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
