Interview
It was very straight forward. The manager seemed very welcoming and not at all overbearing. Basic questions overall. She asked a few questions on my personality (of course) and how I feel about working with a team and also how I felt working in sales.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
