I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (San Antonio, TX) in Apr 2017
Interview
Pretty easy process. I was looking for a better retail job from the one I was at, so I went online and applied. About 1-2 days later the manager called to set up a group interview with three other girls. The interview itself was easy if you know how to talk about yourself. Their questions are very customer-service related, they just want to see if you have people skills and a will to work hard when needed. I got a call about 5 minutes after we finished interviewing and got hired with a great starting pay.

Question 1
Name a time where you had to provide excellent customer service to someone who didn't have the best attitude?
It was a group interview with about 25 people in the room. If you had an answer to any questions you had to raise your hand to answer while managers watched. Then they had individual interviews if you did well in the group interviews.
Interview was a three step process, first phone call, group interview, and then one on one. Pretty easy. Very nice team. The main focus is how good of a personality you have.

One of the questions was how I could measure a customer, find their correct size and build their basket.
Online application and one in person interview at the store. Overall very friendly. Worked there for the seasonal position and got placed to be there permanently after the holidays. No retail experience required just want availability.
