Applied online and got a call within 4 days. Phone call started with standard questions like "Do you have the right to work in the UK?" Etc. Then I was had an over the phone interview, and was invited to an "Assessment Day" which consisted of a group interview, group activities and then the typical 'I'll give you a piece of stationary that you have 30 seconds to sell to me' and if you've ever seen the Wolf Of Wall Street you'll think it's easy but let me tell you trying to sell a wooden ruler is hard. I wasted my first 10 seconds. Anyway. I went to the store and told them I was here and they asked me to just look around for a while. We were then called in to the staff room (there was about 7 candidates) and we started our interview. The dress code was business black so I wore black tailored smart trousers from Next with a blouse/top and low black heels. (I was the only person wearing heels)
