The interview was on Monday and we heard back from them by Friday. So the hiring process was less then a week long.

Was a group interview. Be prepared and dress nicely. Each person took turns answering interview questions around the table. I worked there for 5 years and quit around 2017. Things may have changed since then with their interview process.

Collaborative group interview. It’s important to make yourself stand out as you’re not interviewing on your own. On boarding (if hired) is also done as a group. I was hired on the spot during a last minute one on one interview but have never seen anyone else get hired that way.
Ensure that you’re confident and ready to sell. Numbers are important ... almost too important.
Great social atmosphere but important to not get too lost in that world.
