I applied online. They called me a few days later for a telephone interview. Afterwards they invited me for interview. It was a group day which took around 3 hours. We were divided in groups and had to answer a few customer service questions as well as put ourselves in different situations and react to them as if we were dealing with real customers.

Part of job expo, one of the team member interviewed me. Very friendly and cool process. After a week, they called me and planned a group interview which was mostly the introduction of their business. and a day later I got the offer.
