The interview process was good they asked about myself, school wise, working wise. They also broke down the pay structure and explained the duties of the job. They tell you that you get on the job paid training and youll be given a sales script. They also explained how it is a door to door role.

The interview process is amazing, quick, and easy. The Vice President, Steve, made me so comfortable that my nervousness went away. One piece of advice for prospective employee is that it is okay to be nervous but one should be able to get comfortable and be confident by the 3rd question. It is a sales job at the end of the day.

I was so pleasantly surprised by how warm, empathetic, and intelligent everyone I spoke to was. I knew this was a good company by the solid questions that they asked--real head scratchers that made you have to dig deep.
