I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Victory Home Remodeling (Melville, NY) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview process started with a phone call. I was not considering the position that much, but after speaking to Deena I was sold. She showed me what it's like working for the company, the company culture, rapid career growth, etc. The following week I had an in person meeting with Steve, VP of Sales Development. He gave me a tour, explained the position, what I should be ready for, asked me a few questions. Very chill and professional at the same time.
It was clean and friendly vibes with much energy. The interviewer was accommodating and straight forward. I felt like I was being heard and the conversations were really engaging. Also it was very informative and made sure that the company’s strong points were crossed.
