Spoke with DM in person & Regional Manager over phone for about 20 minutes. It seemed very laid back. The whole processes was not stressful at all! 1:1 with DM was pleasant. RM phone conversation felt like he had already made up his mind in hiring me.

the interview really depends on the manager that is interviewing obviously... Therefor my interview was really chill. I got to interview a couple people while being assistant manager, and the questions where really relevant. Ex: Where do you want to be in 2 years? ...
