Interview
First I had a pre-screen call from the recruiter confirming interest and asking a quick "why are you interested in this position"? Was then asked to meet with recruiter and team leader for a quick interview. (went over company values, procedures, training info, other job info, then set up interview with team lead and peer support specialist. Had a third interview as a team meeting with the team I'd be working with. Questions asked were complex, but thoughtful questions.

This place is a joke. 2 phone interviews, an in person interview, and an in person group interview with like 15 people just to be ghosted. There was a group of homeless people screaming at each other and fighting near the entrance. And the woman who interviewed me the second time told me in a snarky tone “I didn’t think you would show up.”
