I had a scheduled phone screen with a recruiter and not only did he not call, he did not respond to the email I sent during the meeting time, nor the follow up email I sent a few days later. In my later email, I asked him to please let me know if he wanted to reschedule or not move forward, and he still ghosted me. Extremely rude, especially since he sent an enthusiastic email the week prior about our call...I've heard negative things about Vinfen before and this solidified my not wanting to work there.
