One brief phone call with the Recruiter followed by another over the phone interview with the hiring manager. Next was an on-site interview. On-site was very disorganized, certain people weren't there, others weren't prepared. Everyone there appeared to be the burn outs from SpaceX which led to a bit of arrogance along with some pretty impressive skills. It was clear I wasn't the ideal candidate for them 1 hour into it, but they carried on with the interview, including a rather off-putting "skills test" and a tour of the facility. Everyone in the panel seemed a bit cold, which lead me to believe there was a consistently stressed group with a poor work culture.
