Had a screening with HR, next a phone interview with the hiring manager. Moved on to panel interview onsite. Both interviews were casual. On site interview was about 3 hours but was a casual interview. I was offered the job but then HR kept back tracking on salary, they never sent me an official offer letter. Went below salary expectations I asked to counter offer and never heard back.

There was an opportunity to have a more social visit with the people who would be managers. I found the technical questions to be very easy - mostly standard aerospace knowledge, I felt it was very doable; however I think I was overqualified for the position I was interviewing for, and in retrospect I should have pushed for an opportunity to show deeper knowledge.
