I was referred by an employee in the same department. The same day I got a call from HR saying they like what they saw and what the employee said. HR then talked to the hiring manager and asked what they thought about my resume (hiring manager gave a thumbs up for an interview). Next was the complicated process of scheduling which took about 2-3 weeks (I heard this was atypical). After the scheduling was finalized I waited one more week to interview at Mojave. Was interviewed by 3 engineers in the same group and 2 managing engineers in the same department. I wasn't the only one being interviewed for the same position (there were 4 others). Interview took all day + tour.
