I interviewed for an adjunct position via higheredjobs.com. I received an invite to interview and had an interview with the healthcare administration department chair and the program manager. After the interview, I was told that I would hear back but was ghosted and never updated or contacted again. After going back into the University's online application system, my application had disappeared altogether. I will never forget how I treated.
