The interview process was very clear from the beginning. First, there was a one-way interview with some questions and two minutes to answer each one. Two weeks later, I got an email with an invitation to attend a technical interview, with six members of the Geoscience team. One week later, I met with Maicon from the Recruitment team, and two days after I got an offer.

There are 2 interviews throughout the recruitment process. The first one is a one-way video interview a month after submission with 9 questions and each answer should be within 2 minutes, but fortunately you can rerecord it multiple times before finishing up. The HR will contact you after 4 weeks for second interview with the geoscience team and HR for 1.5 hour. You also need to make a 10-minute presentation and you were given 3 weeks to prepare. The first hour of the interview is with the geoscience team so it's all about presentation and technical questions. The last 30 minutes will be with HR. They will give the final answer within a week after the interview.

It was a two stage interview process, the video recorded interview and then the final stage interview with the team. It took about 2 months and a half. They were always providing updates at every stage.
