The interview process took too long and many red tapes. Not efficient and productive.. many tiers. They are like shopping around and not in hurry to fill up the position and get the work done.
Lack of professionalism from HR where they painted a nice picture. But when try to follow up after the interview then no news. Not until you knock on their door several times then they said hiring manager thinks you are not suitable hence not going to proceed for second interview.
