I was contacted by the HR on LinkedIn asking me to send her my resume if interested in this position. Then she called up conducting a pre-screening, and then scheduled a first round phone interview with the trainer in their company. The interview is all about problem solving. Some math and probability questions. Was asked when I could start work at the beginning and if I had any question for them at the end.

3. Given surface area of a cylinder and calculate the max volume of it.
'm currently in the preparation phase for my upcoming interview. It's scheduled to be conducted online, which is a bit different from in-person. Interestingly, despite being online, it will be a pen and paper format, which I find quite traditional. The focus of the interview will be on evaluating my skills in mathematics and problem-solving. I haven't actually taken the interview yet; I'm still going through practice problems and reviewing relevant concepts to ensure I'm well-prepared. I'm hoping my efforts will pay off when the time comes.

the recruiter emailed me. they asked few question. I was scheduled for an interview 10 days a head. the interviewer asked a high school math problem. if I were offered, I would not consider this place to go.The process tells me how poor the evaluation is. They will be left with specific mindsets with this type of interview, which I believe (by scientific education facts) does not necessarily support success in this role, it would not be a diverse place to work! Do not waste your time. I did this mistake to review all cheap high school math or IQ test. this was only good lesson for me to not waste my time on such interview processes and move on to other companies!

Asked two math questions. Took about 25 mins for me to answer them. Then asked me to explain the progress how I solved the two problems. The interviewer were very friendly.
